The mission is to give students real work on a race team. The vision is a program where that work connects to the Rady School of Management and the Jacobs School of Engineering.
Students take one of four roles: Engineer, Management, Driver, and Media. Each role is part of getting the car to the series and telling the story of the weekend.
The goal is to work with the Rady Career Center, the Alumni Office, and the Jacobs Corporate Affiliates Program so students can meet the people who hire and mentor Tritons.
